PHILIPPINE NATIONAL KENDO TOURNAMENT

The largest and most prestigious Kendo competition in the country, the Philippine National Kendo Tournament (PNKT) is a two-day event that aims to bring together in one venue the best competitors from all over the Philippines. The PNKT is an annual event, which started in 2016 as the inaugural event of the UKFP.

The PNKT has been held in the following years and venues

2016 – Tire Center Court, Caloocan City, Metro Manila

2017 – Rancho Palos Verdes Sports Clubhouse, Davao City, Davao del Sur

2018 – Racquetzone Badminton Court, Cebu City, Cebu

2019 – Celebrity Sports Plaza, Quezon City, Metro Manila

Unfortunately, the PNKT has been cancelled from 2020 onward due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The UKFP does look forward to staging it again once it is safe to do so.
